Allison nodded, stuffing some cake in her mouth.
“Thank you,” she said, taking one of the forks.
Allison shook her head, but dropped the subject. “Yum!” She exclaimed, sitting up.
“About?” She raised an eyebrow.
Allison inhaled a deep breath. “I’m fine,” she assured him. “But you don’t seem fine.”
Allison looked at him worriedly. “Are you okay?” She asked.
Allison laughed. “Lusted. Past tense. Not anymore,” she explained.
“Well, there’s a difference between like and lust, Irish. Huge difference,” she said, nibbling on the sandwich.
Allison looked up at Niall with furrowed eyebrows. “Now, why would you think I fancied Payne?” She asked.
Allison shook her head with a small smile. “No, no. I’d never. And you’re not that bad,” she teased.
